Welcome to Whale Labs. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Whale Labs Ltd. Whale Labs operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”), in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience.
Whale Labs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Many of our products are made to order. As such, we do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match on-screen representations.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are not accepted until payment has been received and confirmed. Once an order is accepted, cancellation may not be possible due to our print-on-demand production process.
Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include VAT. Whale Labs is not currently VAT registered.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorise us to charge the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and design, is the property of Whale Labs Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

Whale Labs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Whale Labs. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Whale Labs, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Whale Labs.
