Return & Refund Policy – Whale Labs

Returns

We operate a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is made to order.

We accept returns only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at
info@thegreatestwhale.com including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-returnable items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Sale items or gift cards

Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will replace it.
For all other cases, a new order will need to be placed.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

However, custom-made or print-on-demand items are exempt from mandatory returns under EU consumer law unless they are defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once a return or issue is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction

Return address

Approved returns are handled via our production partners.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
